Needed a quite large shell punch on my right boot. Before beginning, I asked if the tech was comfortable doing the job. They said yes. Five minutes later I was told they may break the boot if they continue, almost no material had been moved. The tech asked ME to feel the punch rig since the material felt โmushyโ. The shell overlap was bubbling and misformed (not the punch location). I donโt understand how this location got heat, guess the tech was not careful. The punch location had groove marks and looked like trash. Donโt bring your boots here for quality shell work. Please, donโt go here. Weโve had enough bad experiences here over the years that I shouldโve know better, but this job is really a disservice to bootfitting.

Alpine is a great place to shop for all things winter! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection of winter clothes, skis, ski boots, and accessories is amazing. Jeff, who helped fit my ski boots, was incredibly helpful and kind. He answered all my questions, and got me in the perfect pair of boots. Couldnโt ask for a better, locally owned, ski shop!

Fantastic experience! Tyler helped me with my boots. This guy knows everything. I had like 100 questions and he gave me 101 answers. He went above and beyond to help me even though I didn't have an appointment. The service shop was quick and awesome with my skis.

Best shop in Utah! Iโve been to multiple other shops and as soon as I found alpine Iโve never looked anywhere else again. The crew is absolutely amazing! They are very knowledgeable on there products and always willing to help! The boot fitting is incredible Iโve had 2 custom liners and foot beds through them and never been more comfortable! And lastly the ski shop side I brought some skis in with about a 10-12โ core shot that I thought now way could be fixed! Sure enough they had them done in one day and looking brand new! If you need a good ski shop this is the place!!!
